This program offers all academic staff, especially recently employed and early-to-mid-career faculty members, formal recognition for professional learning related to teaching in the College of Health Sciences. The program will be running 3 Themes: with each Theme lasting 3 months.
Each theme has 3 Modules i.e. 1 month for each Module
4hrs /week = 16 hours per Module
Theme 1 is mandatory, 2 electives - Themes 2 or 3 Facilitated, forum discussion. Q&A Sessions, Formative and Summative assessment with TMA
